The Department of Residence Life, NDSU supports students by providing a vibrant, healthy place to live and learn.
The Department provides apartments with differing sizes, amenities, and locations, both furnished and unfurnished. Applicants can chose from the available options and apply for an apartment provided they are either UNDGRADUATES, GRADUATES, IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS of students, POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH , and/or ACADEMIC STAFF/VISITING FACULTY at NDSU.

Reslife NDSU offers three apartment locations; Bison Court, University Village, and Downtown, wherein each has its own types of apartments available.
At Bison Court, apartments in three different styles are available- studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units.
University Village has two styles of apartments on offer - one and two bedroom units.
Downtown will be offering Downtown Apartments as a living option for students beginning Fall 2009.

The procedure for applying is simple. The housing contract is included in the NDSU admission application packet. Alternatively, you may request one directly from the Department of Residence Life or print one from the appropriate links available online. See link: How to Apply
